Seeing Into The Darkness
A couple of nights ago I watched a true story on 48 hours, a TV detective investigation. The year was 1957. I will write off of memory. There is a small town called Sycamore, a Chicago suburb. A seven year old girl was kidnapped. The children were allowed to play after dark outside. The town was peaceful, people did not have to lock doors. Today I secure everything. When the little girl did not come home, the parents called the police. Neighbors with police went door to door searching houses. people had rifles and pistols in their belts. They searched, but found nothing. Five days later the girl was found buried under a fallen tree.
I remember the dedication of Jesus in the Temple. How an old man named Simeon was told by the Holy Spirit that he should not se death until he sees the LORD'S Messiah.

(Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.
This happen to Mary as she watched her Son, the Lord Jesus Christ crucified on the tree. As the investigation progressed as to who could have killed her, many hearts were being pierced. The investigation went cold. Then 55 years later it was reopened. Many died, but not all.
At the start of the investigation a little girl about the same age saw an older teenage boy talking with the victim. She identified this man through photos. He was a neighbor. His father owned a hardware store in town. The father sexually abused his young daughter. His teenage son was also abusing her.
This was all kept secret. The man's wife knew of the abuse, but kept silent. As she lay on her death bed, she confessed to the Pedo/incest. She always suspected it might be her son. As they investigated this man, at least in his 70's by now, women came forward who were raped by him, some brutally. Among them was his sister, who testified in court of his abuse as a child. She also said at 15 he raped her again. It was hard to watch this older woman recount all the abuse in public. The reason many get away with this for decades is the shame and guilt associated with the crime. The investigation ended with the man receiving five years, and let out on appeal. He had an ironclad alibi at the time of the kidnapping. The investigator didn't buy it. He was convinced he was the Pedo/Killer.
As I went to bed, I thought about these things. We today live in a world ruled by Super Powerful Elite and Old Royalty that has practiced the art of Pedo/ Incest for centuries. With the revelation of the Epstein Class Files, and the refusal to publish all, it has become increasingly apperent who rules this age.
